During the visit, Emin Agalarov, founder of “Sea Breeze,” presented the ongoing and future development plans for the resort, which is located just 30 minutes from the capital. The project, which brings together a wide range of residential and commercial real estate, is considered one of the most unique developments in the world.

To date, over 3 million square meters of real estate have been developed and more than 500 properties constructed. A distinctive crescent-shaped artificial peninsula covering 50 hectares is also planned as part of the expansion.

Currently home to 20,000 residents, the resort is expected to accommodate over 50,000 people by 2028, with a long-term goal of housing 500,000 residents upon full completion.

The resort features extensive infrastructure to ensure comfort and leisure for both residents and visitors. Over 150 hectares have been allocated for recreational zones, parks, and beaches. Facilities such as schools, kindergartens, and hospitals have already been built. Around 10 million plants and trees have been planted, expanding green areas to 300 hectares. The main projects of “Sea Breeze” now span 500 hectares along the coastline.

The resort currently employs 6,560 people, with plans to significantly increase this number. The total investment in the project has reached 3 billion USD, with projections to attract over 10 billion USD in the next five years.
